Daily Operations is a well-organized relationship between actual ambulance operations and dispatch.  It includes on-site fleet operations and maintenance, crew scheduling and supervision, dispatch scheduling and supervision, risk management, and quality improvement.  This carefully scheduled and orchestrated relationship manages ambulances and crews throughout the system.
